Your therapist will be able to inform you of how often you may need a massage, as this can vary for each client. However, if you are looking to treat yourself and do not necessarily have tension in your muscles, then we would recommend booking in for a relaxing massage around every six weeks. For clients that have a specific problem, we would advise speaking with our therapist as it is likely that you will need regular appointments and then look to slow them down as you see improvements.
